Workplace first aid requirements

In Colombia, workplace first aid is governed by Law 1562 of 2012 (General Occupational Risks System) and Decree 1072 of 2015 (Single Regulatory Decree of the Labour Sector, SG-SST), administered by Ministry of Labour (Ministerio del Trabajo), Directorate of Occupational Risks. Employers must ensure a trained first aider is available at all times.
